Students agree to pay a fixed percentage of their individual incomes for a predetermined number of months after graduation. The arrangement traspases part of the risk of investing in education from the student to the investor, who is in a better position to diversify it.

Lumni is a pioneer in the field of Human Capital Financing: Lumni is the first company to have used Human Capital Contracts and designed Human Capital Financing funds to finance higher education in an emerging country (Chile, 2002).
Lumni currently operates in Chile and Colombia and plans to expand to other markets in the near future.
